Role Description

This is a Freelancing remote role for a Business Development Manager for a Startup Company. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching services to new clients, and maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for communicating new product developments to prospective clients, finding ways to improve market share, and taking the lead in marketing initiatives.

Role Description

This is a Freelancing remote role for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the technology industry. The IT Recruiter will be expected to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in various technical roles, collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, and optimize the recruitment process to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
• Experience with high-volume hiring and candidate pipeline management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Professional certifications (e.g. PHR or SPHR) are a plus

Timings: Mon – Fri, No Fixed Timings, Daily 3-4hrs/Day.
